My Background & Approach
Strategic Design: I've helped institutions design new or re-calibrated missions and values-systems to best match: 1) the problems they're aiming to solve, and 2) their unique abilities to contribute to solutions. I help organizations take a wide-angle view of the social and environmental challenges at hand, assess gaps in addressing those issues, and hone custom-fit pathways for filling those gaps. We won't miss any details.

Facilitation: My background is in conflict transformation and mediation, with training received at the master's level from a world renowned program at Oregon State University and many years of applied, complex facilitation experience (e.g., collaborative natural resources planning, Federal Advisory Committee working groups, organizational strategic planning).

Project Planning: I've supported project coordination and implementation since 2011, internally as staff at organizations like Pacific Science Center and externally as a consultant for clients like the Environmental Protection Agency. Let's work backward and forward so we map out your project timeline just right, in a way that aligns with your team's actual capacity. Rather than scattered and operating from a place of urgency or sluggishness, be well-paced for clear thinking and stable momentum. You'll leave with next steps and a revived sense of inspiration to put toward strong and clear direction.
Coaching: I'm proud to have served as a leadership and professional development coach for mission-driven professionals, ranging from early-career to C-suite level, since 2019.​ I hold multiple coaching certifications from an International Coaching Federation-accredited institute, and I help people: a) reach into the source of their motivation to do impactful, quality work, and b) identify and amplify what makes them right for their job.
